At the time I had no real idea what she meant, and all of a sudden it made sense.
I realized that my weight is no longer an issue for me. I don’t worry about what I eat, or when. Somehow I’d managed to get balanced eating so much into my unconscious that I didn’t even think about it any more.
And then I remembered another thing that my teacher had followed up with, “you don’t have the luxury of finding things easy without the benefit of learning and experience. And you don’t learn without getting feedback”.
On my journey to this point of weight freedom I’d had to try out a lot of stuff that didn’t work before I found the thing that did – changing my mind set around weight through action and belief change (using hypnosis and other ideas, some of which I’ve shared with you in these emails).
So this week I urge you to remember how far you’ve come on your own journey. You may not be completely there yet, but easy really DOES come with experience. So stick with what works for you, whatever it is. Truly believe that this can, and will, work for you. And most importantly remember that you can only reach success through learning, feedback, and experience.
